imSAVAR Stakeholder Survey: Views on Adverse Outcome Pathways & Model Grading Systems

The imSAVAR consortium selected four modes of action (MoAs)—CAR Ts, CPIs, BiTEs and IL-2 TREGs—needing better safety assessment models for its initial work. Model development and refinement for these MoAs will be structured using the immune-related Adverse Outcome Pathways (AOPs) framework. To bring a degree of standardisation to the process, imSAVAR would also like to develop a Model Grading System. Understanding stakeholder awareness and familiarity of these two concepts will help better inform their development. This survey will be conducted on an annual basis during the project to understand how stakeholder views may change. The survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.
